What is a Virtual Assistant (VA)?

We are independent entrepreneurs who assist individuals and companies with administrative support, process improvement, web site design and keeping web sites current and up-to-date. We have our own office space and the latest in hardware and software programs.

Why should I work with a VA?

Your time should be spent growing your business and having a business is no fun if you never have time for family. Don't get bogged down in administrative tasks when you can hire a professional assistant and pay only for the hours worked.

Why should I hire a U.S. based virtual assistant?
We live and work in the United States. You will not have to worry about the time zone differences in hiring a foreign employee. You will not have the language barrier. Our professional work and the strength of our service justifies the cost.

Why not hire a temp or part-time employee?

As a small business we pay our own taxes and you don't have to pay for vacation, sick days, holidays or any other benefits. Also, each of us have different areas of expertise. This enables you to have a professional employee that is ready to go, no long training period.

Will I be working and speaking with a different person every time I call?
No. You will have a single point of contact. You will work exclusively with that person. This arrangement allows your virtual assistant will get to know you as well as your preferences.

What kind of commitment do you require?

We do not require long-term commitments or contracts. You are billed month-to-month and can cancel at any time. There are no cancellation fees.

How will I be billed?
Before we begin a project, we will estimate the hours required and will require a retainer. Once we establish a great working relationship, we will bill for hours worked the previous month on the 1st of month.

Are there any hidden charges?
No, there are no hidden costs. During your initial consultation, together we will determine the hourly or project cost. However, if your project requires expenses beyond personnel; i.e., costs associated with web hosting or shopping carts, envelopes, etc., you will be responsible for these costs.
